We work with volunteers who rescued the animals below. We help these volunteers buy food and cover medical expenses. Once treated, many pets go on to find their forever homes.
We also work with three large shelters that are overcrowded with abandoned animals. We fundraise for their medical supplies and other needs.
Kharkiv Region, Ukraine. This gorgeous white cat Fyntik has ear cancer, high white blood cell count and liver issues. Urgent surgery and after care with all the medications costs $500. Selfless volunteer Elena is taking care of him but her resources are very limited and she can't afford the medical care for Fyntik.
Odessa, Ukraine. 3-month-old adorable puppy Leyla has been attacked by dogs and almost lost her front paw and got deep wounds on her stomach. Doctors were able to reconnect the tissue of the paw, and with the hard work of vets, Leyla is learning to walk again! This little trooper needs long ambulatory care and meds.
This 1 year old abandoned kitten Karl has an intestine prolapse and requires a surgery to fix it so he can live a normal cat life. Your donation will go towards the procedure, medications and food for Karl!
This 2 year old cat Julia was abandonded by her previous owner since she developed a rare eye infection, that is not treatable at this stage, only requires eye amputation. Your donation will cover the cost of surgery and eye medications. Thank you for you help in saving Julia's livelihood.
Sumi, Ukraine. Yasha was rescued by a volunteer from the street completely emaciated, shaking and coughing. He was diagnosed with leukemia. Your funds will go towards temporary cat boarding that costs $70/month, treatment and cat food. Thank you!
Kiev area, Ukraine. This 1 year old adorable cat Sophie was found sitting in a snowdrift, crying with her tail cut off - probably because of a dog attack! She has urinary issues as a result and requires immediate surgery and treatment. See pictures below.
Odessa, Ukraine. This 3 year cat Lisa urgently requires full mouth teeth extraction due to autoimmune stomatitis and mouth hyperplasia - her gums are rejecting teeth and cause a lot of pain and salivation when chewing. $200 required will cover the extraction. See photos below
Odessa, Ukraine. This 2 year cat Banana has been diagnosed with feline immunodeficiency virus, feline covid and has a chronic stage of stomach inflammation - requires monitoring, continuous testing and a long term renal diet. $200 required will go to treatments and food.
Kharkiv - This adorable 4 year old cat has suffered from severe tail fracture and bladder weakening. Tail was surgically removed. As the result, he has developed a spine cyst and can't urinate - caretaker has to manually empty his bladder. Cat requires a secondary surgery for cyst removal and post surgery care.
